About Intrinsic Homes

Hello! I am Maria Cass, the builder and project manager for Intrinsic Homes. I began Intrinsic Homes, LLC in 2020 after losing my nine-year career as a Hospitality Designer and Design Manager.

With my passion for the technical details and options within design and my interest in designing functional, flexible floor plans, I took the leap. After four years in business, my passion has evolved into creating true partnerships with my clients. I believe full transparency, line item budgets, asking the right questions, gathering all the pertinent information, and educating my clients to ensure they are making the best decisions for their lifestyle and aesthetic style.

I love the opportunity to go with my clients to find all their finishes and ensure that it is all cohesive. We work together to bring their visions for their home, addition, or full renovation to life.

My business is very family-oriented. My husband Jeremy is a residential electrician. Our son Felix is very involved in learning aspects of the industry as he gets older. We have a small hobby farm where we enjoy raising various animals and the peace of the land.
