Our team creates line item estimates and then an updated budget estimate after finishes are selected. Finally, we shift to true cost variance throughout the build to address any changes during the process. We also give frequent updates as milestones are reached.

Intrinsic Homes, LLC loves partnering with other designers, acting only as the Construction and Project Manager. In this capacity, we work with both the Designer and client, giving both the comfort that their General Contractor truly understands the interior design process and how it informs custom features and intent.
